In terms of smoking and the effect on health, electronics cigarettes certainly are a dark horse. They have shown up in stores lately and there’s much talk about them. However, are each of them bad? Let’s look at how smoking affects your system.
A lot of people, when they smoke, inhale the smoke from the original cigarettes. This means they take in all of the thousands of chemicals and a large number of compounds that are present in the tobacco. The nicotine in traditional cigarettes works as an addictive drug which makes the smoker want more. Over time, with continued use, the smoker will face serious health issues, like lung cancer. However, though it may seem just like the best idea, using electric cigarettes to quit smoking isn’t a very good idea. First off, we are not likely to argue for or against the fact that e-cigs are much better than regular cigarettes. Instead, we are going to talk about why using e-cigs rather than regular cigarettes are not a good idea. This is something that most people who try electronic cigarettes do not know. You cannot get back to cigarette smoking once you have started using electronic cigarettes.
You see, once you smoke a real cigarette, the tar and nicotine get inside of your body. This goes down deep into your lungs and causes all sorts of health problems. Electronic cigarettes do not contain any tar or nicotine, but it does contain an ingredient that makes it look and feel just like a real cigarette. Smokers don’t realize that the tar in cigarettes does not come from the tar that’s in them, it originates from the chemical that makes up the “sticky” the main stick. It is this sticky residue that causes most of the bad items that can fail with smokers.
In addition, the e-cigs tend to produce a unique aroma that many smokers find unpleasant. They don’t realize that they actually like this smell, and it can be quite unpleasant for many people. Therefore smokers can find yourself becoming irritated through the use of these cigarettes, which means that they are not as likely to quit as if they used a genuine cigarette. If they quit, they will not have the same “high” that they used when they smoked, which is important because smoking is not really that fun in the first place. Smokers who try to quit often find that this can be a lot easier to quit when they use one of the different e cigarette models instead of should they just quit cold turkey.

The risks are certainly outweighed by the relative health benefits, but both users and non-users should become aware of these facts.
